Günstig ist nicht gleich schlecht...

diese Erfahrung habe ich auch bereits bei Gitarren gemacht, sprich Fender Strat USA/Mexico, PRS USA/SE und anderen.
Warum ich das so betone?
Klar ein original, highend Instrument, egal ob Bass oder Gitarre, ist mit Sicherheit den meist stolzen Preis wert, ich frage mich aber immer...
brauche ich/will ich einen, von mir aus kleinen Qualitätsvorteil, optischen und klanglichen, für mich minimalen, Unterschied, der mich u.U. 2000-3000 Euro mehr kostet, wenn nicht noch mehr?
1. habe ich nicht das Einkommen für state of the art Originale und 2. höre ich oft, wie beschrieben, nur einen kleinen tonalen Unterschied.

Der vorliegende Bass macht was er soll, er kann den Sting Ray, spielt sich wie einer, sieht so aus wie einer, klingt wie einer und ist dafür im Preis unschlagbar.

Ok, die Bundenden mussten bisschen nachbearbeitet werden, ein Setup was Saitenlage etc anging war fällig....aber das habe ich auch bei meinem fast 5x so teuren Fender USA PJ 4-Saiter machen müssen, so what.

Der S.U.B. 5 Saiter gibt mir genau das, was ich mir erhofft habe: 5 Saiten, Sting Ray Sound und Spass am Klang, Ideen, Freude am Spielen...klar hab ich das bei einem Original noch etwas mehr, aber dafür soviel Geld mehr investieren?

Mir reicht eine sehr gute Kopie mehr als genug für meine Anwendung.

Das Teil rockt und funktioniert, klingt gut und es macht Spass damit zu musizieren...was die Hauptsache sein sollte...
