Incredible build quality for this price

I don't know anyone who already had a Sire instrument, so this was quite a "jump in the dark", but I definitely didn't regret buying it!

I brought it to my bass lesson and my teacher was impressed by the quality. I definitely like the sound(s) (it has a very nice equalizer!) and it's comfortable to play.

It needed almost zero adjustment when it arrived (Thomann support confirmed to me they check and adjust the instruments before shipping them).

Bonus point: it has a switch to make it passive, so if you finish the batteries while you are in a gig you can keep playing.

* tiefe H-Saite etwas zu niedrig eingestellt, scheppert selbst bei moderater Finger-Style-Spielweise deutlich -> auch justierbar
* Bedienungsanleitung v.a. für Elektronik fehlt -> das "Scan me" Etikett verweist nur auf die "alten" Elektroniken.

A chaque fois j'avais pu comparer avec les grandes marques à trois ou quatre fois le prix, je trouvais à chaque fois les Sire plus complètes, mieux conçues et ce preamp absolument parfait.
Sire à eu la bonne idée de sortir ce modèle, on y retrouve les même qualités que sur toute la gamme, des bois de qualité et ce même preamp.
A ce prix, une telle qualité est simplement imbattable.
Bravo, et surtout merci de nous permettre l'accès à cette qualité sans hypothéquer la maison !
