It will not look like what you expect
Tanba 09.05.2018
I've waited long to find this special finish available: the weathered black as displayed on these pictures is gorgeous, you can notice the details of the wood in the glossy body BUT !
But when I opened the box, I found a matte almost completely plain bass guitar.
The sound is good, even though I did'nt manage to reproduce the growly sound which is promissed in the sample sounds of the description (maybe it is me)
I bought this bass because after 10 years with an Ibanez BTB I wanted to have fun with a Ukulele Bass and I found the short scale soooo easy to play that I decided to go for this 28" Mikro bass.
I would have been happy if the bass was as promissed in the pictures but it is not.
So, Be careful, if you are looking for a gsrm20, other colors might be accurate (according to the pictures) for a lower price sometimes, but not this one.

Really nice quality for a mikro bass. Sounds nice and details as a normal size Ibanez.

Bass for absolute beginner
dvpz 10.05.2022
This is the very first bass that I have purchased, and I have to say that I am deeply satisfied. Leaving aside the esthetics (which is a solid 10 imo), the bass is very confortable to hold, its short size is a plus for beginners since it requires less effort to get a hold on the instrument. The sound quality is surprisingly good, more experienced bass players or better trained ear might disagree, but for beginners it is more than enough. Overall, I highly recommend this bass for any absolute beginner that want to get a hold on this magnificent instrument.

JP
Mikro bass that punches above its weight
Jungle Pig 30.04.2025
While perhaps not the obvious choice for somebody pretending to be a serious player, this bass is in fact loads of fun - it's small (almost feels like a normal guitar - and you can put it in a bag designed for one), with very nice playability and also quite a good sound, being versatile thanks to its P/J pickup config. Mine came perfectly setup and I couldn't be happier with it.

Just be aware that (obviously) because of its short scale, the notes will not be as precisely defined as in a long scale. The J pickup also gives out a hiss, but that's just normal. One other thing to note is that (especially if you're a bit wild) you might end up yanking the E string out of place.
