le son est correct, on arrive à en tirer des belles nuances, la basse est assez présente. mais un petit bémol tout de même, la surface de frappe n'est pas un placage en bois comme je m'y attendais et comme c'est indiqué, mais un vulgaire revêtement sérigraphié qui ressemble à un placage...de loin. De fait, je me demande pourquoi il existe des différences de prix dépendant de la finition... Je suis malgré cela satisfait de cet achat, il sonne mieux que celui que j'avais "home made".

Je ne suis pas percussionniste à l'origine et je voulais de quoi varier les plaisirs musicaux.
L'instrument me parait bien fichu, il a l'air solide. L'esthétique est sympa et il n'est pas trop lourd.
Les sons sont agréables avec des basses bien équilibrées: ça ne sonne pas si grave que ça mais suffisamment pour bien contraster avec la "caisse claire". Cette dernière est percutante sans non plus être agressive. Une mousse à l'intérieur permet d'étouffer plus ou moins le timbre.
Les coins sont censés être légèrement décollés pour claquer quand on tape dessus mais ça n'est plus le cas sur le mien, ils ont finit par se plaquer contre la caisse, dommage...
L'avantage c'est que les pièces détachées sont disponibles séparément (façade et timbre), on peut donc les remplacer en cas de besoin.
J'en suis content, j'aime taper dessus de temps à autre car le son me plait bien malgré ces coins qui ne claquent presque plus (j'y mets un bon coup avec le bout des doigts).
