I ordered an orange ring before to install it to my friend's cable and I really liked it. It looks good, it is an elegant way to identify which cable belongs to who. Also very handy when you have a bunch of cable and you want to know where is the end and the beginning of that cable. Well, after seeing my friend is so happy about it I decided to order a white and a red one! Easy to install, no more cable mis-identification I guess! :)

Add ID tags to Neutrik jacks AFTER soldering!
BernieW 15.06.2025
If you make stereo or multi-channel TRS or TS cables and looms with Neutrik jacks, these are a great way to identify channel numbers. You can also buy ID boots with the same colours but the big advantage of these rings is they can be added to finished jack plugs AFTER soldering. This is very convenient, plus I prefer the smaller ID label to having the whole boot that colour, it looks neater IMO. Same goes for the ID rings for their XLR's.
Unfortunately there was an error. Please try again later.

Anillo para conectores Neutrik
Jose Luis M 29.07.2013
Con este anillo se pueden marcar los conectores de los cables mediante los diferentes colores que presentan. Es muy util cuando tienes grupos de cables juntos y no sabes cual es cada cable.
