MOTU M2

I had to return it because the sound was quite bad & distorted…clearly some defect there. I saw a lot of similar complaints online beforehand, but i really hoped I won’t have any issues, however mine also turned out to be a lemon. Was running it with Mac Mini M1 with drivers up to date. Got an Audient ID14 instead and that worked perfectly, so im happy.
Anyways, the built quality of the MOTI is really nice and felt expensive. The LCD screen was a great feature. Thomann also was ridiculously fast with processing the order & delivery (1.5 days from ordering to my doorstep), so thanks!

I had some rough patch with drivers, I was getting on Windows BSOD out of blue when it switches to ASIO, for example when you open DAW to make music. This happened for half a year, maybe more, then stopped.

UPD: Now I discovered that it won't work properly wit my Android phone and iPad. On phone I have effect like sound gets bit crushed and happens once a MINUTE.
On iPad there are clicks sometimes, do not related to audio played, appear just randomly, that is not clipping.

I've tried to use USB hub with power and it did not solved issue at all, some devices can't even power it(iPhone 16 Pro for example).

Overall too much issues compared to my old Presonus audiobox itwo.

Should've returned it when I started seeing BSOD a year ago.
