Very clear and traditional sound, slightly "thinner" than what I was expecting, the sound has a beatiful twang and nice bark when pushed a little bit.

It does sound slightly thin or maybe tinny for my taste, which is not the impression I got from videos on YT.

Genau wie ich es erwartet habe. Ich hab mir ein Set dieser Tele PUs in meine Selfmade Tele gelötet und der Sound ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Besonders der StegPU macht wahnsinnig viel Spaß und beißt und twangt was das Zeug hält. Ich hab ihn auf ein paar Aufnahmen benutzt und er setzt sich immer durch, so dass das Klangbild einfach noch voller wird. Geiles Teil

Als Referenz: Ich spiele ausschließlich clean mit ein bisschen "Hair on top". Tendenziell Richtung Jazz. Das erste was mir aufgefallen ist, ist die schöne Dynamik und ein offener Klang. Das geht wohl nur mit Lower Output Tonabnehmern. Der Pickup reagiert sehr gut auf das Zurückdrehen des Tone Potis. Dabei verschwinden die E/B Saiten nicht, was bei anderen Pickups schnell der Fall sein kann. Natürlich hängt das auch ein bisschen vom jeweiligen Ton Poti ab. Mir gefällt das sehr.

Der Ton hat eine gewisse Komplexität und Ausgewogenheit, was eine schöne Überraschung war. Mit voll aufgedrehtem Poti beißt es auch hier - wie zu erwarten. Doch merkt man gerade beim Zurückdrehen des Ton Potis, dass in Mitten und Bässen auch Schönes vorhanden ist. Ich vermute, dass nicht zuletzt die Alnico 2 Magnete für die Gutmütigkeit verantwortlich sind, weil sie ja tendenziell die Attack Phase abrunden.

Der Hersteller sollte dringend die Beschreibung auf der Webseite verbessern und ein paar gute Gitarristen mit Demos beauftragen, denn da ist nicht viel zu finden! Stattdessen eher Informationen die zu Missverständnissen einladen. So was ist in der Social Media Zeit tödlich.

Verarbeitung und Kabel machen einen guten Eindruck. Nur hatte die Oberseite eine Kerbe nahe einer der Pole Pieces. Eigentlich nicht der Rede wert. Von mir eine volle Empfehlung. Das Ding resoniert mit mir ;)

Monté sur une télécaster que j'ai restaurée, ce micro me donne entière satisfaction. Je joue plutôt du blues rock. Fonctionne bien en clean et en saturé. Il est couplé avec un micro Fender d'origine en manche. J'ai mis un peu de temps à trouver les bons réglages entre les deux micros:hauteur du micro manche par rapport au Bare Knuckle. Maintenant le son est bien équilibré. Très bon micro.
