Ich nutze die Yamaha Monitore sowohl im Heimstudio als auch mobil für Zuspiel bei Klaviermusik. Der Sound ist gut und transparent, die Leistung könnte natürlich etwas größer sein. Sehr beruhigend für den Transport: das stabile Metallgitter vor dem Tieftöner. Montiert habe ich sie auf Rundfuß-Mikroständern, was mit einem (leider etwas teuren) Winkelteil von Yamaha gut funktioniert und große Flexibiliät bei der Platzierung erlaubt. Angenehm ist zudem, dass Volumen- und Low/High-Regler an der Frontseite sitzen und schnell erreichbar sind. Hatte die Boxen seit 2008 ohne Probleme in Benutzung, verkaufte sie 2020, bereute den Verkauf schnell, habe sie jetzt erneut gekauft und mit Freude wieder dem Studio einverleibt.
