Der Warburton woody cup ist eine echte Alternative zum Standardmäßigem Denis Wick Cup mute. Die Ansprache in der Mittel- und Oberlage ist hervorragend, für die tieferen Töne bedarf es allerdings etwas Übung/gute Luftführung. An manchen Stellen vorallem am oberen Rand des Cups könnte das Holz besser verarbeitet und abgeschliffen sein. Trotzdem überzeugt mich der Dämpfer absolut, da man nicht mehr den metallischen Klang im Ton, wie bei vielen anderen Cup Dämpfern hat .
