Der Originalsound...besser geht's nicht

Nach einem Dunlop Cry Baby und den Dunlop Custom Rack Cry stieß ich auf dieses Gerät. Das Vox VXVRM1 Real McCoy Wah garantiert einen perfekten Vintage Sound, man taucht tief in die 60er Jahre ein. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, lediglich einer der Gummistoppeln unter der Wippe hat sich gelöst (war zu wenig angeklebt), das ließ sich natürlich einfach beheben, daher 1 Stern Abzug, bei dem Preis muss man schon genau sein ;-) Der Filter hat meiner Meinung nach ein großes Frequenzband, somit ist es schön damit zu arbeiten. Die Höhen werden sehr spitz ohne unangenehm zu werden, der Klang bleibt weich. Die Optik ist sehr schön, die süße Kunstledertasche für das Wah ein nettes Giveaway. Funktioniert ausschließlich mit Batterie und um diese zu Wechseln müssen die 4 Schrauben auf der Rückseite gelöst werden. Das mag praktisch veranlagten Musikern zu unbequem sein, passt für mich perfekt zu diesem, dem Original nachempfundenen, Wahpedal. Fazit: Meine Erwartungen wurden zur Gänze erfüllt, dieses Gerät gebe ich nicht wieder her...
