Totally useful
Its not often you buy something that surpasses your expectations but Im dead chuffed with this unit. Just your average time to time player,Ive had a Pod 2 and a Roland Micro cube both of which I liked but this is the one l really connected with and you get the sense of playing a proper amp on it. I was also totally shocked to discover that the USB is Audio In & Out which means I can plug it in to the computer, have my headphones connected to the GP100 and noodle away whilst the output of the computer comes to the headphones too. So useful for practicing against youtube tutorials etc. It was recognised without drivers tho it needed to be on the back usb ports on my MacPro 5,1 after that it worked great. I opened a new project in Logic, hit record and bingo, hi-quality audio recorded straight in, no faffing with mics etc. I really like a lot of the presets and like the Chorus-A a lot. The amps sound nice to me, I only finally learned about the different sounds of each type recently and discovered that my favourite is the Fender Tweed sound and this seems to do that well. Drum machine inside is simple but will be useful. I didnt want to spend a lot of money, just wanted something to practice with headphones on and was amazed at what came in the box. Happy customer.

Great place to start
I had avoided digital multi-effects as I assumed I would not have the patience to get my head around the user interface. This is simple and logical, edit each effects settings just as if an actual pedal is in front of you. Sturdily built . Slight minuses -no by-pass switch and the volume/expression pedal is sometimes in the way.

Valeton GP-100
Very satisfied with the fx and sounds. Very good with the amp or just with the phones in.

A great multi-effects paday for its price
I`ve been eyeing this one for a while now. The main selling points for me were the price and the App for this unit and also the ability to change the whole sequence of the effects. It is actually a bit heavier than i anticipated, but that is a good thing in my books as it does not feel like it will fall apart in your hands. A great unit for a beginner.

Best Budget Guitar Processor for Beginners
For a long time I chose between Valeton GP-100 and Nux MG-300 and chose the first one.
Now I don't have to carry the pedals with me to rehearsals. The processor case looks extremely sturdy. Convenient navigation. Availability of software for control from a computer.

Excellent budget multi-fx unit.
I bought this to get a feel for digital modellers and honestly it really surprised me how good the tones were. The amp models are great and you can get a lot of really really good tones out of it. The effects are very good aswell. I distinctly remember the WAH being truly amazing, very smooth and responsive. The fact that you can load your own IRs and do one output with/without cabsim is fantastic. You can run it into a real cab via power amp and have the other output go out to FOH with your own IR. The only thing missing from this is XLR outputs, but I don't really see where you could put them.
The only con I have with this unit and the reason I ended up upgrading to something a little more expensive was the crossfade when switching presets. You can't really go from a distorted heavy metal tone to a clean tone instantly, there's a very audible crossfade between the two. But, I imagine it gets better/worse depending on the amount of the effects on the presets. Also, tweaking the global EQ really makes this thing come alive.

MUST HAVE
I bought this one together with my first electric guitar. You must have such a device. it is definitely more than what I need, but I am very amazed with the quality of it, both sound and the build. Of course I am an amateur, and do not know anything about studio quality. But this is a must for anyone who is trying to go serious with their playing. you do not need anything more. just plug it to some speakers or your headphones and you are done. I am really happy with the purchase.

No regrets, worth every penny and more
Great multi-effects pedal, you can set up your own pedalboard, there is a tuner, looper and you can connect it to computer as well. If you are practicing at home saves you lots of money on buying effects pedals

Lovely little practice pedal and sounds
Got this as a practice tool, dead simple, plug in headphones and guitar, and pick a preset or build your own, easy to do on a PC, save it.
Great looper and tuner, solid metal construction and even a wah pedal
Just plug into a studio speaker or a microphone socket on a speaker and you can annoy other people too. 11/10
