Tough to do business with a failed devices
Unfortunately problems can occur worked on expensive electronics devices that have has issues. The issue for me the process of returning the faulty device. It is certainly not frictionless. TX to the Manufacturer for reaching out to me its exceptional. Not sure how Thomann QA's a device especially when exported to a third world county like mine. I have now had to battle to ship the device back certainly not frictionless. Had much better experiences with USA companies.
