The Thomann Studio Table XL is a compact recording workstation designed specifically for small studios – where space and efficiency matter most. Made from heavy-duty MDF with a synthetic finish, this desk provides a solid foundation for all of a studio's recording tasks: Its raft of practical features include rotatable monitor platforms, an integrated 19" rack with 3×3U, and two headphone brackets mounted underneath the sides of the tabletop. At the rear of the tabletop, three circular cable grommets ensure the various devices and their power supplies are kept nice and tidy. On a similar note, extension cords and power strips also have a dedicated spot on the little shelf on the rear metal grid, which also contributes to the desk's overall stability. And thanks to the securely affixed hook-and-loop straps here, every single cable can be wrapped up safe and sound.

Cleverly constructed

The Thomann Studio Table XL could scarcely be more straightforward to put together, and the finished product is fully tailored to the needs of music creators. The rotatable speaker platforms allow producers to set up their monitors however they want them, while the integrated 19" rack provides ample space for a variety of pro-grade audio devices. The keyboard tray can handle a weight of up to 15kg, while extending about 30cm, making it easy to operate smaller pianos, keyboards, or controllers of any kind: It can be mounted at five different heights, while the headphone brackets each have a permanent spot underneath the table's front corners. Spacey and solid table with a nice 3U x 3 rack system

I bought this table almost a year ago, so my review comes from someone who has been using it for that time. The table is solid, and the black color is very cool and game-style.

The drawer for the keyboard is spacious; I have a NI Komplete 61s on it, and it has been totally fine. The various holes and cable collector behind are great, almost hidden.

Just a note: I put an Auratone (Behringer) inside the center 3U rack, and it fits perfectly. The rotative monitor stands are very nice (even though I didn't mount them). And yes, the headphone holders on both sides are a very clever idea. Thank you.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the table and have been enjoying it for a year. For the price it's sold at, it's a steal for me.

This desk is a great value. the finish looks/feels great, build instructions were very easy to follow (as well as the actual process). The build could be a bit sturdier, but otherwise a great first (or even second) desk!

Best desk I’ve ever bought, no lie!

I’ve always longer for a really big studio desk and my search has ended here. This desk is super high quality, the finish is great, it’s super stylish and really functional with it’s total 9u of rack space. I bought an interface and some drawers and my setup is looking great, super super chuffed. I had seen people online saying the desk is a bit wobbly which concerned me, but the desk is perfectly stable- it’s able to support 2x 27” monitors, a pair of Yamaha HS5’s and all my rackmount gear just fine. The desk is perfectly sturdy.

For the price it’s a great option, would 110% recommend!!
