Just what I needed

Just what I needed for my SWR bass head. It is very well made, and it feels like it could survive the apocalypse. Pouch for the cables is a very nice touch. Only wished it had some kind of signs on the lids to indicate front and back before opening.

Very affordable, sufficiently durable

I used this for a year of touring in various venues and open air locations, containing a Behringer S16 stagebox.
Despite being slid around across concrete, asphalt, stages and offices, the plastic feet have held up with only a few scuff marks.
The case itself does not inspire confidence when it comes to build quality, especially the flimsy handles and butterfly locks, as well as the imperfect seal of the lids on both sides.
However, after a year of use, none of the parts have failed and they fulfill their function as well as when they were new. The plastics are absolutely sturdy enough to trust with regular usage.

If you don't need an air-tight seal and aren't carrying a massive weight (how could you in such a small case?) this product is very good value for its price.

Good case and good value but a bit bulky.

Lots to like about this case, including the price. The mesh holder for cables in the lid is very useful and it's robust and light.

The only downside, especially for a small case, is that the plastic moundings have deep moulded shapes in them for strength and that makes the case much bigger that it might be.

Vu l'augmentation du prix d Gator, je suis passé à la marque Thomann (6 achetés jusqu'ici).
Mon problème principal vient du mauvais alignement des trous pour les vis. Je dois parfois les inverser (le derrière devient le devant). Sur le dernier, j'ai dû fraiser au Dremel. C'est un peu pénible.
J'ai aussi déjà eu un joint mal collé.
Attention, ils sont extrêmement courts (à peu près 21.5cm efficace) : de nombreuses unités ne rentreront pas, mais cela permet un gain de place quand ça rentre.
Bref, rien d'exceptionnel, mais il n'y a pas de concurrence dans cette gamme de prix.
