okay, but not the same as your regular power cord

I'm giving it 4 stars because of the strange sleeve material.
It looks the same as the regular computer or rack device cable, but the material is softer, maybe even "flimsy", and a little sticky. I think it's a different sort of PVC, and I'm worried it might be prone to kinking/breakage and might not be fire-resistant.
It's okay for home use I guess, but not for rough environments.
