For that explorer
It is hard enough finding a good case for an explorer 6 string, never mind a bass. The hard cases in this shape are extremely massive.
This bag is perfect. It fits the shape, and is very tough and sturdy. They dont call it a Heavy gigbag for nothing. Well made and very reasonable price. Dont leave your guitar naked!

Budjettiluokan laatua
Pienellä rahalla todella käyttökelpoinen kantopussi. Aktiivisessa käytössä muutaman kerran viikossa, eikä huomattavissa minkäänlaista kulumaa tai ratkeamista. Kahvan saumat ovat yhä ehjät eivätkä hihnatkaan ole ruvenneet irtoilemaan, kuten edullisissa pusseissa on joskus tapana. Myös vetoketju toimii, vedinkin on yhä paikallaan. Huonommista on joskus tullut maksettua enemmän.

Excellent protection, cumbersome to carry
I got this gig bag for my Harley Benton TB-70 SBK. The Thunderbird shape guitar is an odd shape so a custom bag was the best option. The bag does protect the guitar well but is a little cumbersome to carry around due to it's size. One advantage the bag has over a hard case is the backpack straps although remember to duck walking through doorways. I would recommend this bag for those who need to carry multiple items as it can be put on your back, otherwise a hard case is just as bulky and awkward to carry around.

big enough for the epiphone thunderbird pro
the heading say it all.
i bought it for an epiphone thunderbird pro iV (old discontinued model, not the classic pro) and the bass fits in.
like most gig bags with pocket it look ugly but does it matter ?

It's fine
I bought this for the Thunderbird replica BT-70VS. Although it's a bit bigger than the bass itself, it does its job fine and protects the instrument from dust or mechanical damage. Of course, a gigbag cannot replace a real case - I wouldn't recommend it for touring musicians. Also, don't expect it to save your bass in a heavy rain. A minor issue for me is that it cannot hold more than a few cables and one or two stompboxes.
Pros:
- A lot cheaper than similar gigbag models
- Sturdy and durable
Cons:
- Not a perfect fit
- The capacity of the pockets is not enough
- Not waterproof

Great bag, fits awkward shapes
This bag is fantastic for use on short and long term travels, providing good protection, two large pockets, and room to fit most awkward shaped basses including the bc rich mockingbird heritage classic, which it fits easily with great protection. If you have this or similar shaped bass then this is your best bet.

Decent gigbag for the price.
This gigbag fits my Thunderbird perfectly. It is nice to carry on my back, as well as carrying it by hand. The padding provides extra protection to the bass. This gigbag has been tossed around in the back of my car and stood up to the test. The only thing that I dislike is the lack of space for cables, pedals, books etc. Maybe a bit more space for those would bring my rating to a 5/5.

Useful for Epiphone Thunderbird Bass
I needed a bag on a budget for my new Ephiphone ThunderBird Bass. The bag does the job, but you can tell that it wasn't built for it (Some empty space).
Definitely does the job but I would like to have more pockets
