You get what you pay for
For the price I suppose it's alright.
I've used it for about half a year and about a dozen gigs, and it's held up good. But I've been really careful with it as there is no padding in it at all, I have barely let it stand on its edge for even a few minutes at a time for fear of what might happen to my cymbals.
I highly recommend getting a more expensive one with backpack straps as the single strap is killing my back, so unless you're only bringing one splash I would recommend something else

Since there are no compartments, it's ideal for a single cymbal, or if you can isolate each cymbal separately.

OK for the money
OK cheap cymbal bag, it does the job but lacks protection cushing so you have to be careful when carrying not to drop it otherwise you can damage your cymbals.

Worth the money
Not suitable for long walks with heavy cymbals but other than that it's perfect
