La qualità del guiro è buona ma quando viene percosso emette un rumore eccessivo di vibrazione metallica. Il problema si risolve inserendo un pannello di feltro arrotolato dentro lo strumento che faccia pressione sulla superficie. Il raschietto appare di scarsa qualità e fragile.
