Didn't work with my T-Akustik Panels
Thabet G. 15.03.2025
Unfortunately, the corner bass traps I got from T-Akustik wouldn't stick to the wall at all, they fell off between a few minutes to a few hours, The glue sticks strongly to the wall (but not the foam panels) and leaves a big mess behind is impossible to remove and clean from the wall which is going to be a problem when moving out the apartment.

I did all the surface preparation and followed the instructions correctly (I worked in aerospace bonded structures for years and know how to get things to stick properly) but the glue still didn't bond with the panels, I had to install my panels using brackets and screws supporting them.

Doesn't hold
Steve Dubs 09.08.2022
I have always used spray adhesive foams, but and have bought several cans of this type. I have used very generous amounts of it and nevertheless many of the acoustic tiles end up falling after several months. Also it is very messy to work with because it's very stringy. Wouldn't buy again.

Hard to apply
A-trizzy 11.09.2017
I did not like this glue. I used it with one of thouse intended standard large "glue"-gun things (I do not know the term for this device) but it took a lot of strength to get large amounts out (I'm well built and 180cm). Also it seemed to just lay on top of the surface of my akustik pads making it unusable for fitting the pads to my wall, they just fell down. I feel like there would have to be a thinner content that could be more easily absorbed by the surface of the pad so as to make it stick nicely on the wall. Not recommended.

not sticking to acoustic panels
akik 18.11.2019
glue, although ordered specifically for attaching acoustic panels, did not stick to the side of foam and panels started falling off the wall, so we had to resort to first putting sort of sealer on foam side then glue then attaching it.

Didn't seem to work
Anonymous 21.08.2015
I triedt to attach acoustic treatment foam to wooden pannels and after longer than the reccomended time, the glue didn't seem to actually bind to the foam. The foam was quite flimsey anyway so perhaps it tore away from the glue rather than the glue not working, but when buying soundproofing foam, I wouldn't reccoment this product. Please note that I was working in quite a damp environment and that may have affected the ability to bind to the foam.

so so glue...

it's definitely not the best adhesive I have used and you will need plenty of it for use with foam panels on non-perfect surfaces.
