Practical and effective
I use this to plug in the 9V adapter of my wireless receiver in a 9.5" flight case. The two additional sockets power my pedalboard and occasionally a USB charger. The included USB sockets work fine to power small devices, but they are too slow to charge smartphones or tablets at a reasonable rate.
