the t.bone Adapter Microdot to Sennheiser

I purchased two units to connect some DPA 4060 microphones to Sennheiser G4 transmitters. Out of six transmitters I tested, the adapter only screwed in properly on three of them. I checked whether the retaining ring around the transmitter’s thread was properly tightened (as it tends to loosen over time and requires attention), but even so, I couldn’t get it to fit on the others.
Compared to the original DPA adapters, these are not as reliable for the reason mentioned above. However, they cost about one-third of the price, so I’ll keep them as a backup option.

This is probably a great product at a good price point. I bought it hoping it would adapt my spam core 4099 to work with the NUX b-6 radio system. It snowed a high pitched whine - so obviously it isn't electronically compatible although it is physically. I've kept it because it wasn't expensive and I do have a senheiser radio system.
