I bought this to put my microphone through effect pedals.

The lead, for some reason, is too quiet and you end up with very hissy vocal takes.

Maybe it's not meant to be used for that but I've done it before with other leads and it worked fine.

Dissapointed.

It's a good lead but not very durable, the jack input broke after few weeks, i'd say buy the lead that has the xlr inputs at both ends.
