Living in a box...

Where to start...strange little PA speakers, certainly looks weren't top priority when it came to design. The speakers themselves would be handy for a solo acoustic artist, perhaps just running an electro acoustic and a mic. Having said that you may get away in an acoustic duo if you're happy with a "toppy" PA sound.
I used them in conjunction with a pair of Thomann Box Subs, that combination definitely works although you end up with even more top coming from the 110's.
One solution is to run the 110's full range and then run the subs independently, that way I believe you get a better "full range" sound. Using this setup, combination, the PA can easily handle most things.
One disadvantage I found was the tops are not too stable using a pole between the sub and the top speaker and to be honest the prospect of carrying traditional speaker stands does not appeal.
Hopefully you wont be playing too many gigs with an unruly audience.
On the downside a few diaphragms were blown but happy to say, Thomann were great in sorting that out...great customer service Thomann. I'm delighted to say that even in these days of recession our "home based" music stores don't seem to want to work with their customer especially over carriage costs. I'm still amazed that Thomann can still send gear to me for only 10 euro, or free if I have a big order. Well done Thomann!

Great For the Size and price

For a cheap pair of PA speakers these feel very well made (nice and solid). Sound was a little weak in the low end but to be expected with 10 inch woofers. HF Driver was very efficient though. I got these for my local pub to play background music with, do their quizez and have acoustic shows and they are more than loud enough. Recommended.

The box PA110 Little box with big sound, the last 5 years of using this model of boxes, never let me down.
When I bought it, I was not sure if those two little boxes will be able to do the
KARAOKE job,
But I was surprised when I place them on the stage and hear the sound.
Really good balance, between low and high frequencies, when I play the mp3 karaoke.
Only on the voice I use little bit middle equalizer.
It's perfectly fits on the little stage in the club I use them, doesn't take lots of space.
Two of those, is easy to care anywhere any time. I'm Happy with The box PA110.

More fantastic speakers!

Good size for small bar/pub venues. Used in a two piece band (guitar & x2 microphones) and they handle the gigs no problem. Great sound & very reliable speakers, I would defo buy again if needed.
