Tama CB90R Rubber Beater

Gives more attack at the cost of handling speed.

I bought a pair of these to give my legs a workout. Used with DW PDP Concept series double pedals, as the fit is standard.

Pros:
- Weighs more than regular felt-plastic beaters, giving more volume
- Adjustable beater angle
- (Personal opinion) Is a workout at high speeds compared to regular beaters

Cons:
- Rubber heats up at high speeds and wears out long time

You shouldn't use fabric bass drum patches, as they further increase the friction.

The build and quality is great but the rubber beater doesn't really feel like rubber, almost like a plastic.
