Ich bin mit ihrem service sehr zufrieden. ihre mitarbeiter haben sich besonders freundlich verhalten und haben den schaden an meiner PA 252 box auch sehr zügig richtig gedeutet! und vor allem war der versand - wie man es von thomann sowieso schon gewohnt ist - sehr schnell.

Der einbau der soffitenlampe fiel meinem sohn auch, wie von euch vermutet ziemlich einfach. er wusste direkt, wo man die alte lampe entfernen muss, um dann die neue einzusetzen. hierbei musste man lediglich etwas weißes kunsharz (ich denke, dass man es so nennt) entfernen. jetzt läuft die pa wieder einwandfrei und ich möchte mich hiermit auch wieder recht herzlich für ihren erstklassigen service bedanken.
