I’ve had this combo amp for over a year. It has three power outputs – 15 A, 5A and 1 A. The 1A setting is perfect for home practise. To get edge of break-up at home volume levels I use a Webber Minimass attenuator so I get all the crunch without the neighbours coming round. For home recording this unit is great because there is no hiss. The two things I don’t like about the Amulet are: you can footswitch the tremolo or the reverb but not both. Secondly, the jacks are inside the cabinet and fiddly to plug/unplug – but I’ve got used to that.
It’s sounds great. I can vary the sound and haven’t found myself wanting something the amp can’t do. I play a lot of style of guitar and this amp can be stretched to get what I want for each style.
