It simply slides over the thumbrest and in an instant no more metal poking into your thumb.

More comfort while playing Saxophone

I use this Thumb Rest to play with my baritone saxophone. I always had problems when i play longer sax. But this little piece makes playling much more comfortable to me, so i can play a longer time with my saxophone.
