These reeds aren't unplayable, but they don't sound good. Vandoren Juno reeds are the same price and better. After a few months, upgrade to Vandoren Blue Box or V12, D'Addario (Organic) Reserve or similar; many of the reeds can be purchased as singles from Thomann so you can try them out and see which brand, cut and strength work best for you.
