Pretty decent but with some flaws

I ordered about 4 of thease boards as an replacement for my old Par 64 led boards. First when they arrived 3 worked just fine but one of them didnt work at all. When i checked with multimeter 5 LED´s were bad. I replaced them. The board by it self has very good cooler on the back that is very efective. Overall: it is pretty decent BUT with some bad flaws that can be repaired easily.
