Sehr robuster und tourtauglicher Becken/ Tom Ständer. Er verfügt über sehr gute Features wie z.B. die drehbaren Füße. Dadurch findet er auf jeder Bühne Platz . Jede Menge Memory Clamps bringen den Ständer beim Wiederaufbau sofort in die gewünschte Position zurück. Auch das Becken ist über dem Filz mit einem Gewinde plus Beckenschraube gesichert. Bei angezogenen Memory Clamps muss man ihn für den Transport komplett zerlegen.

Ein kleines Manko ist die Einstellungsmöglichkeit des Tomhalterungsgelenks, die geht ein wenig hakelig und ist in bestimmten Neigungen schwer zu justieren, im Vergleich zu Yamaha, o.ä. Ein weiters Manko ist das sehr hohe Gewicht, drei von der Sorte im Hardcase machen einem sehr zu schaffen... Dafür bekommt man aber einen sehr hochwertiges und zuverlässiges (auch gut verchromtes) Stativ, das sich über den Gig keinen Millimeter bewegt. Der Preis ist hoch, aber gerechtfertigt.

J'ai acheté ce pied pour y suspendre un tom-tom de 13", je voulais donc quelque chose d'assez robuste. Grace au SONOR CTS679MC, j'ai un très bon confort de jeu et mon tom ne bouge pas dans tous les sens lorsque je le joue.
De plus, la perchette permet aisément de fixer une grosse ride au dessus du tom sans que la stabilité ne fasse défaut.
