Easy to fit - mid range dampening

Well made, clean cut / moulded. Easy to fit. I had hoped for a little more of a deadening impact. It is foam so won't cut off resonance like a more dense pillow would but was an upgrade from the lightweight sheets and a jumper that i'd forgotten i owned that I had stuff in the BD
