It is not the best I could imagine. Sliding the mic in and out is it not so obvious. It tends to stick to the inner rubber. Test the shock attenuation and I could not find any real benefit.

I refrained from using it, because the rubber is way too soft and the microphone is prone to wobbling if the floor is not too solid.
