Lovely tone, easy to play

I have had the Concept mouthpiece for a while but I wanted to try the Focus.
My immediate impression is that it’s easier to play, easier to keep in tune and has a lovely tone in all the registers.
What surprised me is that I am getting almost the same volume as with the Concept which is a real bonus.
Reed placement doesn’t seem fussy.
I think this is ‘the one’ for me.

It comes with a thin velvet-style protection bag but no mouthpiece cap.

Schöner Klang fürs Solo !

Für das Quartett oder fürs Solo, dafür eignet sich dieses Mundstück von Selmer hervorragend. Es erzeugt einen sehr schönen eben "fokussierten" Klang. Im großen Orchester geht dieser schöne Sound unter, da zeigt das Selmer Concept mehr Durchsetzungsvermögen.

Empecé con un B40 después un BD5 de Vandoren.
la boquilla selmer focus resulta ser una boquilla exelente para mi mas facile i mas precisa con el stacato que el BD5 con caña del 3 V12 funcciona perfectamente
