Fantastic but flawed
I bought 2 cajons and ended up sending this one back. Why? Because in spite of really wanting it to be 'the one', and in spite of it's heavy build, nice feel and great snare-off sound, it had a very distinct sour buzz that followed a hit to any part of the cajon, which I could not adjust out. As it has an on-off mechanism, I believe the snare itself is not removable as it is on the non-pro model. And so options for adjustment were very limited. So I kept the schlagwerk 2in1 deluxe makassar instead.
