Fantastic Thomann's after-sales services

I bought my Schecter C-1 FR S SLS Evil Twin SBK in July 2019, and it was fantastic.

After about one year me and my trusty luthier, noticed a defect, that had a severe impact on the fretboard.

After contacting Thomann's service, I sent them my Schecter for a check-up. If it had been repairable, and the defect not due to my fault, they would have repaired it. Or else.

Well, to make a long story short, Thomann sent me a whole new Schecter C-1 FR S SLS Evil Twin SBK, with no extra cost.

First class service, Thomann, thank you!

Plays really well, great low action, really like the pickups and sustainer functionality. Very pleased with it. Wish I had bought the hard case at same time, and of course looks very cool!

I own this instrument for 3 years now. i think for the price is unbeatable. The fishman is brutal, makes me not want to pick my other passive pickups guitars i got. I am not using systainiac much beause i also generate noise by mistake, but its a great feature to have. if someone practices on it, it can do endless sustained dive bombs. Speaking of dive bombs the fr1500 keeps good tuning, flutters nicely and i have no issues on it. Nech is the thinest i have ever played and the extra large jumbo frets make playing fast effortless.
I ordered thomman guitar set up service so guitar came in great status.
Have in mind that within those 3 years the guitar got + 200 euros in price.
