Quality bridge but...

The bushings for this bridge are very small. I bought this to replace an existing T-O-M bridge and the bushings are very very small. In the end I put the original bushings back into the guitar body and hammered the schaller bushings into those - they're that small. Other than that, the finish is very good, you can tell it's a quality-made bridge.

Ich habe mir die Schaller GMT Birdge in schwarzchrom für eine selbstgebaute Powerstrat mit String-Through-Body Konstruktion gekauft und muss sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin. Um kurz die wesentlichen Punkte abzuhandeln:

VERARBEITUNG:
- TOP, wie von Schaller zu erwarten. Nichts wackelt, nirgends übermäßiges Spiel.
- Die Ecken und Kanten sind, soweit es die Form nunmal hergibt, in den Bereichen, in die man mit der rechten Hand beim Spielen kommt nirgends unangenehm scharf.
- Die Oberflächenbeschichtung macht einen sehr robusten Eindruck.

SOUND: Zusammen mit Schaller Minimechaniken und einem TUSQ Sattel bestätigt sich beim Spielen der Eindruck beim Bau: Nichts klappert oder schnarrt, die Intonation ließ sich gut Einstellung und die Gitarre ist stimmstabil.

Alles in allem ein gutes Stück Hardware, dessen Qualität den relativ hohen Preis, das einzige Manko, das ich entdecken konnte, durchaus gerechtfertigt erscheinen lässt.
