Fairly decent
Mihai Avasilichioaiei 09.09.2022
It does exactly what you would expect it to. Unfortunately it's not the most stable mic stand out there as there is no swivel lock so it can move around a fair bit. When extending the mic upwards the stand loses balance quite easily so I wouldn't recommend it for vocal microphones.

Aside from that the actual quality of the stand is quite good, steel construction makes it very durable. The included cable is nice to have since it's so long but it can be a bit tricky to store because of its length.

Stability Issues
FU_Cell 28.07.2025
Bought this bundle to hold an SM57 for mic'ing snare drum. Don't get me wrong, good price for the bundle with a 10m cable, however it simply has not been stable enough on a live stage to keep the microphone still. This is despite trying as I might to tighten as much as possible, but the microphone would keep turning away from me due to the vibrations of the stage. Even demoting the stand to being a backing-vocal microphone stand, it doesn't offer the stability needed.
Had to purchase an alternative solution for my needs.

Worth the money

I had to make some changes, because this stand did not hold a mic, so i had to change the screw for bigger one, but for me it was small fix.

Cheap, but worth it at this price
Zhmyshenko V.A. 27.12.2024
I decided to get this as a bundle together with SM57, because of the price

The stand uses a lot of plastic, it doesn't feel sturdy, it's hard to make precise adjustments, but at this price it's to be expected.
As I understand, the top top crane can't be taken off, which is a pity.

Holds SM57 in place reasonably well. Haven't tried other microphones, though. Most likely, heavier microphones will cause crane to eventually tip up.

Cable is nothing to write home about: haven't noticed any problems. There was a noticeable electrical noise at higher gain settings, but it very well might be my setup's problem.

Overall, it's a great option if you're on a budget, or buying in bulk.

I got this for an extra £3 when I purchased a SM57 mic. Absolute bargain! and will 100% come in handy.

Good for the price, but not very stable if you are sitting and using heavy microphones..

Good product, has structural weak points.

perfect for its use once you dont accidentally apply force where you shouldn't! Susceptible to bending where the base connects to the pole that holds the mic. Its not too bad but ive done it a few times

Overall the stand does what you would expect. For the price I am happy with the quality and hope it will stand a reasonable amount of use over time.

Ok mic stand

very flimsy which is ok for light duty work - but they have a lot of plastic - so reliability may be an issue ... fine so far.
