Great looks, not so much substance
ribz 24.09.2025
This guitar is basically a Cort with a PRS headstock.

Its looks are truly beautiful, and anyone ordering it should expect the neck as it is, quite thick. It's not my favorite, but that's a matter of taste.

The Fishman electronics are almost great. Maybe too much bass end (and not so much you can do with the tone control), but quite pristine and usable.

The resonance of the body is pretty awful. Sounds pretty weak, even compared with cheaper guitars from the 90s. Amplification is a must.

The QC is average. Some stuff made me doubt whether it had been (lightly) used before: a couple scratches. But after seeing some glue remains here and there, I think those things happened at the factory. I've seen worse, but it definitely doesn't shine. The factory adjustments were pretty terrible as well. After a few adjustments, it's much more playable... its truss rod may be a bit unreliable, yet functional (although here I may be asking too much, as I've been spoiled by titanium ones).

All in all, it's an okay guitar for its price; though it seems that its looks are the best it can offer.

I'd put 3.5 stars, so I guess that, being one of the first reviews, I'll round up.
