It is expensive, but it is the best home bass drum pad I have.

A very quiet pad. It’s a great piece of gear—genuinely quiet and durable. It won't transmit vibrations to the neighbors. One downside is the foam pad; it will eventually wear out, though not anytime soon. A spare is included, and I imagine you could come up with your own replacement when the time comes. It’s a shame the pad has been discontinued.
