As a big fan and happy owner of a 90ies Turbo RAT, I'm disappointed.
My first one served me for 20 years in every situation, on many recordings and tours.
Hot weather, cold weather, garages, big venues, festivals, snow, rain, sand, dust, smoke, beer, van, pedalboards, guitar soft case on the plane, you name it.
It never had a problem until its death. (ok ok I replaced the switch once in 20 years, tbh)
20 years of heavy daily usage.
This new one is build like a thank from the outside, but I'm pretty sure components are different. Every week, the 3 knobs and the main switch are noisy and not reliable. It works, and it sounds good.
But think twice if you're a professional.
If you play in quite environement like a theater piece, or you play professional shows with massive PA, you don't want KREACLES between song, or even worse, unespected volume cut or explosion.
