Mit diesen Saiten gelingt es absolut problemlos Klangfarben, Dynamik und musikalischen Ausdruck umzusetzen. Sie halten die Stimmung hervorragend, sodass ein Nachstimmen während eines Konzertes höchst selten nötig wird. Die Ansprache ist in allen Lagen auf allen Saiten sehr gut. Der Obertonreichtum kommt subjektiv dem von Darmsaiten sehr nahe. Der Grundtonbereich ist kräftig und lässt einen satten, gesunden Klang zu.

Die Saiten klingen brillant und tragen bestens auch bei sehr leisen und feinen Passagen. Sie eignen sich gleichermassen gut für alte und neue Instrumente und sind besonders auch dann empfehlenswert, wenn Darmsaiten wegen feuchter Hände zu Problemen führen. Nur bei sehr "agressiven" Instrumenten könnten sie den Klang verschärfen, dann wären ev. die Obligato vorzuziehen. Als Alternative zu Evah Pirazzi spiele ich seit kurzem auf der Geige die PIRASTRO PASSIONE.
