Venant des Spirocore light, j'ai décidé de tester les Evah Pirazzi Slap dans l'optique de tester une sonorité plus proche des boyaux et des cordes plus souples.

Pour un jeu pizzicato et arco, jazz.

Sonorité : une attaque forte, sustain court, et un joli bruit de frottement de doigts lors de l'attaque. La sonorité est beaucoup plus matte que les spiro mais le filé en métal leur donne tout de même une jolie brillance.
Le son parait plus "gros" que les spiro.

Inconvénient : La corde de sol a cassé au bout de 3 semaines. Le filé s'est défait autours de l'âme. Très mauvaise surprise compte tenu du prix des cordes et de la durabilité moyenne d'un jeu de contrebasse.

Déçu par Thomann m'assurant que les cordes de contrebasses sont des "consommables" (à 240 euros le jeu) et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire pour moi.

Parfaite pour la melanger avec les weich de la Thomastik, pour les hybrid light.
Son boyaux, sustain court mais très dynamique en pizz.
Son incroyable avec l'archet!
