Only negative is the ccase
Tony1887 02.04.2021
The pedalboard is great, really light but feels sturdy.

The only negative is the hard case - spacing on the sides, by that being - it having none.. Making it impossible to lift the pedalboard, by grabbing it from the sides. Maybe Pedal train needs to design handle bars maybe for easy maneuvering?
The hard case itself is SOLID though and i would not have any problems while travelling. Pretty heavy, but thats what one would expect. If it offered trolley wheel based, it would help my back!!

I have recently upgraded my board and decided to go with the NOVO 18 by Pedaltrain since all of my smaller boards are also Pedaltrains and are all sturdy and light.
This is a great pedalboard with a hard case, classic Pedaltrain quality. Sturdy construction and enough pedal real-estate for 9 of my pedals + an expression pedal. There is also enough space underneath the board for any power supply or even an always-on pedal.
I think that for this size of board you should go with the hard case instead of the soft case.
All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Wonderful pedalboard! Perfect size!

I'm using 11 pedals (10 on the top and 1 on the bottom) and a Harley Benton ISO-10 AC psu mounted on pedaltrain brackets. I also screwed 2 pedaltrain risers on the back for the BOSS GT1000CORE and the BOSS RC-500. I mounted an EHX Freeze, Line 6 DL4 mkII, Dunlop DVP5, polytune mini, sub n up mini, Tonex One (bottom), barbershop v2, BOSS RV-6, fulltone fuzz face - so it's PACKED! I also mounted a powercon for the PSU, 2 5-pin MIDI I/O and 3 input/outputs.

One downside is that the case is not tall enough inside to not put pressure on the back row of pedals (it presses the foam a little bit). That's the only concerning point if you use tall pedals in the back row like me. Other than that it's the perfect size pedalboard - sits between a blues gig and a spaceship.
