A lot of fun and easy to use

Great busking kit, compact and has a good feel to it. Cons are the snares, which started breaking off one by one after a while, and that wouldn't be a huge problem, just that replacing them is a pain because the snare drum wasn't designed with replacing the snares in mind. All in all, I had a blast with it, just muffle it down and throw some low volume cymbals on it and it's a perfect low volume gig kit :D

Got it for my drummer friend. Well it fits the description of compact kit. It is quite loud though. Useful for doing acoustic shows in small bars and cafes

First things first, found you get a much better sound by 'burying' the beater head into the bass drum, opposite of what drummers are told to do. The 10'' snare works well despite its size but felt too small in comparison to my usual 14'' snare drum, likewise the twist bolt mechanism to activate the snare brush takes some getting used to. (In comparison to the normal on/off lever)

The tightening nuts for the snare arm appear to be strong but time will tell how much attack I can put into them without losing grip. Overall, a great option for those without much home space, seems to be loud enough for a band hall with 19 people, if louder is needed then just mic the drums!
