Paulus & Schuler GbR Zoom Clarinet Buffet RC 62mm

I bought this barrel because I sounded extremely tall especially from the c3 and higher tones. I was impressed by the radical change in my sound after changing the barrel. I like very much the possibility of changing size, which allows for incredible flexibility at different temperatures. I recommend people with intonation problems like me to try out the Paulus & Schuler series I think they will be pleased.

The barrel is exceptionally well made. It has improved both the intonation and projection of my instrument. The tone is slightly brighter than that of the original barrel, but I find that this new barrel provides noticeably better projection and a more focused sound.

I am very satisfied with its performance and would highly recommend it.
