Replaced the nylon cord that came with my 36" Paiste Pluto gong with this one. It was exactly the same length as the original. Not sure if it has changed the timbre, or why its not automatically provided with a new gong (for vegans perhaps?) - but it appears very strong.

I use this cord for a Tam Tam 105 cm and is the good ! It works very well without oscillations. The sound of the gong is original.
