Ein mächtiges Teil!

Seit Beginn meiner Drummer Laufbahn bin ich ein großer Freund von großen Becken. Da kam mir der Trend der letzten Jahre hin zu 24er Rides wirklich sehr zugute. Als ich von dem Paiste Giant Beat 26" Ride erfuhr musste ich es natürlich sofort haben. Mächtiger, dunkler Sound mit einem definierten Stockanschlag. Interessanterweise weicht hier die Charakteristik von den anderen Giant Beat Modellen ab. Während das 24er Ride wesentlich mehr Wash im Anschlag besitzt, ist das 26er glasklar und definiert und trotzdem breit genug im Sound, um einen schönen Teppich unter die Musik zu legen.
Einziger Nachteil: Ich habe bisher keine 26" Beckentasche gefunden, so musste ich mir einen 28" Gong-Bag für den Transport anschaffen.
