I bought a Quad Cortex from Thomann in November last year. Everything was fine until one day in early January, it suddenly stopped booting — just blinking LEDs and stuck at startup.
I contacted Thomann customer service and sent the unit back for repair. After waiting for a month and a half without any updates, I emailed them again to follow up. Out of nowhere, they replied saying the unit was already repaired.
Today I finally received the unit. At first, I was happy — they told me it had been tested and fully repaired. The box was even re-sealed, and for a moment I thought maybe they had replaced it with a new one.
But then came the disappointment: I plugged it in, and it’s the exact same issue. LED blinking, not booting. After two months, absolutely nothing has changed. I honestly don’t know what they actually did during that time.
To make matters worse, I’m about to leave Portugal in mid-April, so there’s no time to send it back again and wait for another “repair.”
Thomann, I’m extremely, extremely disappointed with your service.
