It's an absolute must for every beginner

An excellent guide into learning how to play with finesse and ease, obeying nothing but the laws of physics. I love the theoretical approach. It gives you so much freedom for experimentation, not just with techniques but with the laws that govern our world.

The best video school on hand techniques

I am rewatching this video school whether I've got stuck. It has almost all possible hand techniques and definitely more than a non-professional drummer can learn in his/her life -)
Does not include any exercises to develop the techniques inside style of music. Have to be practiced using Wilcoxon or some other exercise books.

What Jojo Mayer does here is he explains in details stick technique. And that's basically it; nevertheless that's what I'd say most beginner drummers need and, unfortunaltelly, rarely pay attention to. Worth every cent, worth re-watching from time to time.
