used as Cornet Stand

this was a nice little fella to pick up.
My band members got jealous as soon as they saw it.

Easy to handle just drop your instrument on top, sturdy no issues.

C
"Millenium TF-1 Universal Stand, the ultimate Versatility
CMGM 28.10.2024
I recently purchased the Millenium TF-1 Universal Stand for my flugelhorn, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This stand truly lives up to its name as both universal and versatile. It's designed to securely hold not only my flugelhorn but also a variety of other brass instruments, which is a huge plus for any musician with a diverse collection.
The build quality is sturdy and stable, ensuring that my flugelhorn is always safe from any accidental falls. Setting it up was easy, and it's incredibly portable, making it perfect for both home use and gigs.
One of the standout features for me is the adjustability. I can easily modify the height and angle to fit my needs, providing perfect accessibility and comfort when playing or resting my instrument. The non-slip rubber feet give me extra peace of mind, knowing that the stand will stay put on any surface.
Overall, the Millenium TF-1 Universal Stand is a fantastic choice for any musician. It's reliable, versatile, and built to last. Highly recommended

Value for money

One of the most affordable items in the list, didn't actually believe it would come with such a good quality and solid construction. Easy to the eye as well. Perfect for non-professional in-house use, but I can't see why it shouldn't also stand up to the task during a gig. Highly recommended.

DL
Fine quality materials but can easily be setup in an unstable way
D. Larkins 22.04.2025
The materials and construction of this stand are great, I have no worries about it breaking or wearing down any time soon. The bell pads are also well-made of good materials that won't scratch, mar, or dent your trumpet. I've been using mine regularly for nearly two years now with no signs of wear-and-tear on either the pads or my trumpets' bells.

My review got knocked down to 4 stars because of a potential stability issue with the stand. The main arm of the stand is able to be raised up and down for both storage and for positioning your trumpet at varying heights. However, I've found that with the stand at its maximum height, it becomes too top-heavy for my trumpets (Bach Strad Bb and C), and it's a little too easy to knock over. I had to panic-save my horn from falling and getting a nasty dent once, due to this problem.

So if you do get this stand, do make sure to not set it to the maximum height. Only set it up to where the bottom of the main arm just barely clears the floor. That way, the stand will be much more stable.

I do still recommend this stand - I still use it as my primary trumpet stand - but only because I learned the hard way how to actually set it up accordingly. Something to keep in mind for sure before buying.
